Cosmobeaute Marks 11th Year in Vietnam With Overwhelming Turnout

The 11th edition of Cosmobeauté Vietnam concluded with success, as the region’s beauty industry players congregated at Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre to catch the latest trends in the industry. Cosmobeauté Vietnam was officiated by Mr. C.P. Saw, the founder of Cosmobeauté exhibitions, Mr. Nguyen Ba Vinh, Ông Phan Thế Anh, the Deputy Director General of South Agency of MOIT, Bà Bùi Thị Thanh An, the Deputy General Director – Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency, Mr. Juan Fernández-Cuervo Infiesta, The Economic and Trade Counsellor of Spain for Vietnam, Mr. Michele D'Ercole, Chairman of ICHAM – Italian Chamber Of Commerce In Vietnam, Mr. Yoon Joo Young, Director General of KOTRA – Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency Ho Chi Minh, witnessed by representatives trade missions and business chambers.

Celebrity Experts Take the Stage to Show How It’s Done

Throughout these 3 days, visitors were treated to a galore of demonstrations by various experts. This year, we’ve invited celebrity make-up artist Steven Sunny, semi-permanent make up instructor & judge Yoon Ju Young, Creative Director Han Kyul & Chief Makeup Artist Miso Kim from Juno Academy, and Spa Director Orni Yusniza.

The stage events were well received by the audience, as Steven Sunny demonstrated advanced skills in bringing theatre characters to life through makeup; how local spas can add value with postnatal therapies introduced by Mrs. Orni; Ms. Yoon’s methods of matching embroidery styles to faces, as well as the behind-the-scene secrets of Korean superstar appearances.

Beautifully Matched: Beaute Meeting Matches Buyers Through Priority Meeting Arrangements

The Beaute Meeting program, which was designed to expedite the meeting process between exhibitors and prospective buyers, had successfully arranged over 140 fruitful meetings between both parties.

Beauty Products From Around the World in One Place

This year we have featured over 210 exhibitors, featuring brands from 19 countries, as well as pavilions from Korea, Singapore, Spain, and Taiwan. From hair to nails, the humble packaging to cutting edge aesthetics equipment, visitors were able to find many new products to complement their businesses.

Full House: Beauty Workshops Well-Received by Participants

Visitors took the opportunity to explore the latest know-hows and techniques from international experts through the Beauty Workshop sessions held across the 3 days.

Positive Response from Exhibitors & Visitors

We spoke to some of our exhibitors and visitors on their thoughts on this year’s Cosmobeauté Vietnam. Ms. Phuong Anh, who is visiting Cosmobeauté Vietnam for the first time, waved her hands full of bags and exclaimed “I’m very excited because I found many quality products!”

Ms. Susana Arranze, the International Manager for the Spanish Cosmetic, Toiletry and Perfumery Association (STANPA) & representative of the Spain pavilion, noted that Spain is the world’s top 10 exporters of beauty products, and they find the Vietnam a very attractive market for their manufacturers. “I think that Cosmobeauté demonstrates where is the largest point of meeting with distributors and importers for beauty products. We are very proud to bring new Spanish brands to the market.”
